Section Specifics: Here you’ll find the “global” “Buyers/Demand Units” your client is targeting with this asset. The “Demand Unit” is the top-level Buyer types your client is targeting. “Persona 1” and “Persona 2” consists of multiple stakeholder personas (e.g. – a product scout, a mid-level evaluator, a senior level decision maker, etc.).

“Needs/Solutions” consist of “Buyer Needs & Solutions” which lists the “Demand Unit” pain points “Need” that the content should address and the overall top-level “Solution” that your asset should provide/offer. This info should influence the asset type (ebook, ROI Calculator, infographic, etc.) and the content/narrative that you as a Content Creator should scope and build.
