Strategic Collaboration

The Strategic Team Collaboration section is primarily intended to allow cross-team collaboration prior to launch as everyone is working on and contributing to the strategic planning for the Splash. Then you will also rely on this collaboration after launch when activity moves from the planning, to the ongoing monitoring, optimization, and measurement of the Splash initiative.

The top bar shows the overall actions and status for your various collaborations, the icons of which map to the individual collaborations listed here. As you can see, each collaboration thread has a subject line, indicates which Tier-member initiated the collaboration, and which specific item in the Splash plan the collaboration is tied to. This way, there’s never any guessing on what the discussion is about.
